About identity verification documents
When making various requests, the Company may request the presentation of documents necessary for confirmation in order to confirm that the person making the request is the customer himself / herself or his or her legitimate agent pertaining to the personal information that is the subject of the request.
- Driver's license: Must be within the validity period and contain a copy of the side with your current address.
- National identification card: A national identity document is an identity card which includes a photo of the person that may be used to prove a person's identity.
