TO6400／SEMI-AUTOMATIC STITCHER- GLUER

TO6400 is a semi-automatic stitcher-gluer that can handle single and double wall corrugated board. It has equipment of a high-speed stitching device that can handle 700 stitches per minute and a gluer, so it can stitch and glue with one machine. In addition, by installing a stacker, sheets can be automatically stacked and organized without the need for an operator on the delivery side.

PAC40/48 is a fully automatic stitcher-gluer that can handle single, double, and triple wall corrugated board. It has equipment of a high-speed stitching device that can stitch 1400 stitches per minute and a gluer, it can stitch and glue on one machine. It has also equipment of an auto feeder, auto folder, and auto stacker, so that all processes from paper feeding to stacking of discharged sheets can be performed automatically, making unmanned operation possible.
