AQUAJET SYSTEMS AB is the first ISO 9001 certified specialized manufacturer of Hydrodemolition systems in the world since 1998.
The company is situated in the southern part of Sweden - Holsbybrunn. Its activities include both development and production of Hydrodemolition equipment for removal of concrete with high-pressure water.
AQUA CUTTER 410A
The AQUA CUTTER 410A is specially designed for applications in confined areas and to replace hand lance work. Its small size and low weight allow the robot to easily pass through narrow passages such as doorframes or operate from scaffoldings. The hydraulic and articulated arm, with two rotating joints and three extensions, can reach as far as 3 m (9,8 ft). This makes the robot agile, powerful and very easy to position.
Control in sticky situations
The power control module (PCM) can be disconnected from the tracked crawler. This allows you to drive the crawler into tight and inhospitable environments, such as small tunnels and flooded sewer pipes. You can operate the crawler from a safe distance with a radio remote control. In such situations the PCM is connected to the crawler by a cord, ensuring complete control of the robot in horizontal, vertical and overhead operations.
AQUA CUTTER 710V
First position
Our unique 3D positioning system can perform wonders. The front power head gives the operator full freedom to efficiently reach all areas. One example is vertical operations along or against the surface. Due to a compact design the AQUA CUTTER 710V can be operated in tight and confined areas, with retained mobility.
Up and away
For vertical and overhead operations the 710V has a hydraulically powered steel mast, constructed in sections. Therefore the robot doesn't carry any towers or protruding arms. The mast can operate at heights up 7 meters without support, and even more with support. In default mode the robot has as powerful diesel engine. Hybrid drive with an electric motor is optional.
Bigfoot is real
The AQUA CUTTER 710 V XL is the bigfoot version of its renowned sibling. It features a 200 mm wider and 170 mm longer tracks which means that it can handle more reaction force and has less weight per square meter.

Our standard packs are way more than just motors and pumps inside containers. They provide easy handling for your robot, accessories, tools and other necessary equipment. Furthermore they require minimum space at the construction site and are cost effective in both transport and set-up time. Think of it like a racing garage with all the good stuff.
Kickstart your day
Aquajet's standard Power Packs are available in multiple versions: Power Pack 250, 400 and 700. All versions have powerful diesel engines, high-pressure pumps and built-in diesel tanks assembled on heavy-duty welded steel frames. To operate a power pack you only need fuel and water supply. No external electric supply is required.
